Can't find my mobile basket to delete and add a different one

I'm trying to upgrade my phone and added a phone to my basket. But now I have changed my mind on the phone and want a different one. It won't add to basket as "I have reached my device limit" and says to delete the current one. But I can't find the basket to delete the current one! any ideas??
