please I need help 1310 and 1410 are stopping sky go even though I pay for subscription (on MacBook)

Can anyone get me some help.

I have spent two days trying to get sky go to work on macbook air and ipad but keep getting codes of 1310 and 1410 on everything but sky news.

I pay for lots. 

I have now stupidly also upgraded to sky home as i thought i needed to (yesterday) to get sky go so can i cancel- is there a cooling off period. ugh and ugh and ugh

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
