I have a Samsung A14 with Sky Go installed, everything works fine except for the downloads
Here's my steps
1. I click on download
2.Then click download to phone
3. I then get a message saying your download has been queued until your device connects to Wi-Fi to enable downloads on a mobile network go to settings .
My phone is already connected to Wi-Fi so should work
4.I then press OK and it just remains queued and never changes
any suggestions is what I should do to get this to work
