I have the same problem. I have used Sky go before without any issues. Today when I have tried to watch Sky sport on Sky go it says I need to upgrade my subscription. I am already subscribed to watch Sky sports and have used the same account for the past year.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I was sent a message to say I would receive a form. I never received this form. I asked for it to be sent again and it was actually not replied to. Please don't post as if I have had support and ignored it because that is not the case. Terrible customer service from Sky.

I am having the very same issue. Changed my sky package in December and since then I get this error every time I try to watch any channel on Sky Go. I also have problems watching the Netflix app. I keep getting a spinning wheel. I have done "app refresh" several times and this works for a short time only. But of a coincidence I get all these problems when I downgraded my subscription when I never had an issue in the last 3 years!
