Hi I can watch a show on my sky box through catch up but when I try to watch it on sky go it says I need to update my subscription we have this channel in our package any ideas? I have tried other shows and they have worked.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
