Sky go not allowing sky sports on my phone saying I need to upgrade however I have the whole sport

Sky go works on my phone however whenever I attempt to watch any live sport it states you need to upgrade your package however I have full sky sports package along with tnt?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Apparently you didn't respond within the 48 hour timescale so would you like Sky to send the chat invite again and of they do (which will be tomorrow now) will you be able to respond within 48 hours ?
