We have been using sky go on our playstation for several years, but now are getting an error message that we need to purchase sky go extra. We can still watch on iPad without issue.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Spoke with @Jabailey and re added Sky go extra which had dropped off the account, also contacted leader to re add the vip offer. The offer will show as applied within the next 48 hours
