Every time I go to watch something on sky go lately it tells me error 50-7 I have uninstalled app and still no joy

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I've also received this error message, things were working fine the last time I used the app, now showing 50-7

No idea, it either rectified itself or there was something in the background that sorted out the issue
