Getting error code 1410 when trying to watch Sky Sports on my Mac. Not changed anything on my sky package recently or on my Mac but have had some recent internet connectivity issues. Please can someone help?

Have you tried logging out of the app (via settings) then rebooting your Mac, then logging back into the app ?

@caesarome I am getting error 1410 on all devices too, can you escalate?

I recenlt updated my email, if that had any effect?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

hi my name is dave i have just downloaded sky go on a new laptop tv works but when i try to watch movies or sports it says error 1410 i have the subscription so please help

Are you a paying Sky TV customer or did you leave Sky in the past and return after being away for 12 months or more ?

When you returned did you setup a new Sky ID to use or did you continue using the one you had ?
