Getting error code 1410 when trying to watch Sky Sports on my Mac. Not changed anything on my sky package recently or on my Mac but have had some recent internet connectivity issues. Please can someone help?

@caesarome I am getting error 1410 on all devices too, can you escalate?
I recenlt updated my email, if that had any effect?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
