Sky go app not playing recordings

Sky go app is logged in, can see my recordings but unable to watch them. I just get "preparing" with a spooling icon. This is on mobile and ipad. Recordings are playing fine on sky q main box as I'm currently watching it. Am about to pop upstairs and check the sky q mini box but wonder if anyone else is having issues??? Thanks

Try a power restart of your main Sky Q box, leaving off power for  at least 30 seconds.
