Hi there. I’m trying to watch Sky Go on my iPhone,, but no luck. Tells me to go to My Sky. MySky app says to watch on Sky Go to register the device, going round in circles. Anyone have any suggestions please?

I take it you are a Sky TV customer as usually all you need to do after logging into the app it to watch something like live TV.

Have you used the Sky Go app before ?

Yes, I'm a Sky customer and it worked fine on my last phone. Very frustrating!
