Sky Go error message

Anybody know why I can log into sky go keep getting this message..

Does it work if you are on a Wifi connection instead, if it does do you have location settings turned in when on a 4G data network ?

It still doesn't work when on the Wi-Fi but will let me log in on another phone just seems to be an issue with my personal phone

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
