You will need to call Sky to upgrade.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

I am trying to watch movie on sky cinema on sky go but it just says to watch upgrade your subscription- I upgraded a few days ago. All regular channels work. Any help?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I subscribe to all the channels yet it is asking me to upgrade my subscription on sky go.

Are you logged inro the app with the correct Sky ID/email address, this might be the case if you have myluple IDs or jhave left Sky in the past and returned after being away for 12 months or more.

Yeah I just logged out and logged back in to check that but it's the right one. I only just signed up, it worked the other day not sure what has happened.

It has. that's working fine as was Sky Go up till yesterday.

I am also having the same issue cannot watch anything on my sky go just stated to upgrade subscription
