Can't download or watch Sky Q recording on my iPad anymore?

I just want to watch stuff I have recorded on my sky Q on my ipad and this option simply isn't available anymore. I know that you can't watch BBC recorded items (though seriously this should be worked out as BBC iPlayer is very time limted on some series). Please advise

@Cloudy+Sky Do you have the multiroom subscription  ?

You need it to be able to access recordings via SKY Go
