Premier league football on SkyGo asking for upgrade to subscription but I already subscibe

SkyGo won't play premiership football. Asks me to upgrade my subscription but I already subscibe to Sky sports and I can watch on Sky Q

Can you view the other Sky Sports channels or other channels like 106 or 107 ?

Yes, I can view all types of football, just not premiership or cup games, African Cup of nations works.

Give Sky a call tomorrow about this as this will be something they need to look into from their end.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
