Virginmedia 'TV on the go app' loads up instantly and I can instantly watch tv on my new laptop which is running on windows 11. I get a message saying there is an error when I try to log in as a virginmedia customer on the sky page.
I have deleted devices and am within in the permitted changes. I still have two spaces available to add devices. What is wrong?
