New Skygo Puc - Netflix issues

Hi ! I'm going crazy here. I thought my Netflix profiles would be transferred across ( children , husband's and mine) They appear on my phone but not on Sky App screen. When I go on the Netflix App on Sky it's a black screen and sound . I thought it was supposed to be a simple transition. I can't be doing with this . PLEASE someone help me . Thanks

Your post here is a little confusing as your title says " New Skygo Puc" as Sky Go has nothing to do with Netflix but you say "Netflix App on Sky" so do you mean the app on your Sky Glass TV screen ?
