I keep getting this error when I try to watch something. How can I solve it? I have a Samsung a7 lite. Yet its doing nothing?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow long ago did you leave for because if it was over 12 months or more then you will be a new customers so you old login will not work so you would need to setup a new one to use.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
