Hi

For the last week I have been unable to watch or download ITV programmes from the Sky Go app. To clarify, I can download to my Sky Box but not to my phone or laptop and it's not giving me the option to just watch it either. It only appears to be available to download to the box. Has anyone else experienced this or know when/if it will be resolved?

What device do you have the app installed on ?

Can you give some examples ?

On both my laptop and iPhone. Coronation Street, The Chase, Tipping Pount, Emmerdale

I see the same as those programs seem to stop at the end of February so it might be worth sending an email to the Viewer Relations team about this - viewerR@sky.uk
