Got a bit of an odd one think. [link removed] trying to download some programmes to my tablet in order to watch offline and it keeps failing with an error message. Any ideas

it literally just says failed to download.

It says *download to tablet failed"

I am having the same problem using a Galaxy Tab A, and I have not experienced issues before.

I have removed and reinstalled the Sky Go app and when I select download to tablet, I receive a pop up box

Something went wrong

Download request not sent, please try again.

OK

Any ideas?
