Just wanted to say a huge thank you to your engineer Paul (removed) who helped me and my children at thr A55 services near Rhualt in Wales. Had an issue with my car and he came and fixed it for me so we could travel safely again. What a genuinely nice and helpful guy. An absolute credit to your company.
