Didn’t get to take survey

I wasn't sure whether I was meant to stay on the phone or I would get a follow up message to take the survey, it seems I've missed it.

 

I believe the lady I was speaking to was Muskan (apologies if I got it wrong). 

10/10 for the service, no faffing around and getting right to the point. 
Pleasant and helpful.
