Sky sports app not working for live video

I have been using the sky sports app to watch the championship football when on red button but recently when I have been going on the live section and selecting the game but it is saying video unavailable, but I can do it on someone else's phone on same account? Help!

Is the app up to date in your device ?

If not you should be able to view the red button games via Sky Go. On the main page select Sports and then they should appear.

The app is completely up to date yes but really not sure why it isn't working on there. I live to watch the red button games on the app too and I can't do that on sky go
