Sky F1 viewing on Catch up download - cuts out half the picture

Whenever I try to watch F1 on Catch up using a mobile device and not the TV,  the screen view keeps cutting out half teh picture across teh top and bottom so it looks like I'm watching through a letterbox?

 

It only happens when I have download from Catch Up.
