email hacked. I am not receiving any emails.

My email was hacked.  All contacts receiving a junk email referring to Amazon gift vouchers.   Since then,  I have not been receiving any emails.

 

It is no point asking for someone to contact my by email when there is a reply

@Rossyis67  Have you tried chaning your password?

Sign into your email account here:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

Go to Settings (on the right) > More Settings > Mailboxes > Select your Sky email address.

 

From here make sure that only your Sky email address is shown in the "Reply to address" box.

 

Then go back to the left hand menu and select Filters and remove any that you did not setup.

 

I would then suggest that you set up an email account elsewhere, Gmail for example which providers a more secure service.

It is highly unlikely you have been hacked. Probably you have given your credentials to scammers, via an email asking you to "verify" your account.

Secure your account as described by @caesarome .

If you wish to open another account, that is your prerogative, but it will be just as open to scammers as your Sky|Yahoo account.

I wonder if anyone can help. I have had the same scam. 

having got my log on details they have sent emails to everyone. 
I have changed my password but when I access settings there is no option showing to change the filter and a change to allow me to start receiving emails again. 

any ideas?

@Picklesmj once you've gone to settings, there's a 'more settings/options' link, where you'll find the filters setting. It's best done on a PC or laptop, as the more settings link isn't always visible on a mobile device. If you're using a mobile, try 'use desktop mode' and you should see it.
