Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

Hi. I am using an IPhone 14 and an IPad Pro for reading emails and for the last few months I've been having the same problem with "connection failure Yahoo server" on both. The problem was intermittent but recently its happening more than 50% of the time.
Any ideas please.
I suspect it's the previously reported intermittent Apple problem which is the cause. Awaiting a solution from Apple.

Did you choose to set up automatically by selecting Yahoo option, then entering your Sky email & password or by selecting Other & entering the details manually?

I have to switch my mobile on and off again constantly to get any of my emails from any of my accounts! Only experienced this problem since moving to SKY!

If you're using Apple Mail it's most likely for the same reason posted here previously. If you're not, tell us more about the problem you're having and we'll try to help.
