Hi,
My contacts have started getting spurious emails from my sky email account. I have had recent emails saying that sky will be upgrading and email will nolonger work on some of the older email apps. Whether this is true or not , I don't know. I must have clicked on a link in one of these. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe emails you have received are scam ones as no such updates will take place so if you have clicked on any of the links in then then you need to change your password which you can do here:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
I would also check that you haven't installed any software that it asked you to do.

Thanks. No I haven't . Where can the filters be found & what do they look like?

I have found filters mentioned in my yahoo mail app, that list my correct email address. I have also noted that the incoming emails are being sent to the deleted box ( a previous poster reported the same problem)

Thanks, after looking more closely I have now found some added filters. Removing these has solved the problem (automatic forwarding to deleted)
