Keep getting Account Suspended notice but no details on my bill

I no longer have a Sky account but believed my email account would coninue ad infinitum.  I'm trying to import my Sky emails to gmail but server not recognised.

Also keep getting Account Suspended notice - please pay your bill - but my bill says I owe nothing!!

ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!

In Gmail you need to use these settings for your Sky account:

Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:
https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

As for the emails, are you sure these are not scam ones, does the email want you to click a link to "restore your account" if so they are scam ones so mark them as spam so they get deleted.

Most likely it's an attempt to scam you. I would guess the messag you're getting contains a link to a fraudulent website.

Your Sky Yahoo Mail account will remain open as long as you log in to it,regularly.
