Whenever I try to access sky yahoo emails via my desktop pc, I'm getting an error message "this page isn't working at the moment". "Skyidapp.sky.com can't currently handle this request". This has been happening for about a month and I reported it to Sky via phone on 16.7.23. The agent said it was a known problem and would be fixed in 5-7 days but it's not yet fixed over 2 weeks later. I can access emails on my phone but I sometimes need to print emails or read them on a bigger screen which is why I need to use my desktop. Can anyone help?

I have had exactly the same problem on Microsoft Edge since last night. Firefox works but not Edge!

Called Sky and advisor suggested that I clear all cookies on Edge. Did that and now able to access emails on there again. Hopefully that will assist you also.
