My email was hacked yeasterday and sent out a random message to everyone I've ever had contact with. Changed password and a bogus reply to address but still not receiving any emails even test ones I'm sending from my works email. They are showing as sent but not getting to my personal sky email. Worried that I'm missing a lot of emails that I can't now access which is a real worry as this is my main account which everything goes to. Any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCheck that no filter has been set up diverting your incoming emails to a different address. It's typically what a hacker would do.

i think that is what they have done to me today but i cant find out how to cancel it. any suggestions?
