Can only access Inbox, nothing else

Hello all,

 

Hoping someone can help. MY email account is logging on and I can see my inbox/send emails etc, but if I click on any other boxes (Sent Items, Drafts etc) I just get a blue 'thinking' circle.

 

I've logged out and back in a couple of times but it hasn't changed anything.

 

Any ideas?

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Well I can get it working using Chrome, but Edge is still not working after clearing cache/cookies. Hopefully it'll just be for today.

Personally I prefer Edge to Chrome, but if Chrome doesn't start working again for you, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
