Hi, Just lately while signing in to my email I'm having to use captcha verification on my laptop. Can anyone tell my why this has started to happen please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI see it too from time to time and it's a nuisance. It might be related to the IP address assigned to your boradband connection. If so it will go away when you're assigned a new IP address, or you could try to force a change of address by turning off your broadband router for an hour or so.
