CAPTCHA verification

Hi, Just lately while signing in to my email I'm having to use captcha verification on my laptop. Can anyone tell my why this has started to happen please?

I see it too from time to time and it's a nuisance. It might be related to the IP address assigned to your boradband connection. If so it will go away when you're assigned a new IP address, or you could try to force a change of address by turning off your broadband router for an hour or so.

Have you added/changed any security software recently. The captcha is probably beacause your browser is not being recognised as being used before, usually a cookie problem.
