Can he please come back and reschedule this?

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
You will need to contact Sky to rearrange as I doubt the engineer will return today. Be aware you may be charged £25 for missing an appointment.
