Why has my Internet activate date has changed

My interject was meant to go live today but why have they changed it ? I'm super new to all of this

Typically because the personnel required to do the work associated with activation (particularly FTTP installation) aren't available.

 

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
