We have reconnected the replacement sky box, but it has not resolved the issue. Our phones have to revert to 4g to send what's app message or receive and keep being told poor cconnection and things will not load can someone ring me to resolved this because it is now costing us money for data on our phones thankyou in advance

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sunoaka nobody can ring you from a forum post you need to call Skky yourself and report that the new hub has not resolved the problem. If your Sky Talk line is working dial 150mfor a free call.
