Waiting for broadband hub

My broadband is due to be activated tomorrow 26th January and I'm still waiting on my hub being delivered, does anyone have any ideas on why it has not arrived yet?

It should arrive a couple days before activation. Is there any Royal Mail tracking number in your orders section on the Sky website or app?

No it still says awaiting dispatch but I don't get how because my activation is tomorrow
