Unable to connect on Wi-Fi on some devices

Hi, I'm having a problem logging into the home hub with my surface pro, or my daughter's surface pro. . It connects ok, but there is no Internet. Other devices, including wifi repeater work, and I can get Internet when connected to the repeater. Any suggestions welcome!

What repeater is this? Have you tried unplugging the repeater as they can often mess with your Sky hub
