Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky dont manually push updates to individual subscribers. As far as I know we are in the middle of a firmware release cylce so your hub will be updated automatically at some point.

I switched over to Gigafast on 5 March and have the exact same problem.
