Ports not opening on new hub

Sky have set me a new hub 4 because the old one kept resetting itself. I backed up the old one and restored it to the new one, the ports are not opening on the new hub.

 

Any ideas?

Quite possibly because you used a backup. I would start from scratch and see if you still have an issue
