My wifi is connected but not working on my phone

My WiFi has been restarted and I have tried every step online it is fine on my tv but won't work with my phone or my partners

Hi @Courtney331 

Did you try factory resetting your router by holding the reset button on the rear for 30 seconds? 
Did you also try resetting the network settings on your phones?
