My router doesnt connect to wifi

My router has 2 green lights on and third one is off . I run test and result was not connected to woli. Resetted router twice no difference

The information you have provided is of no use because we do not know which hub you have nor do we know which lights you are referring to. Each light is labelled so it would help if you told us which are lit and which arent.
