My broadband signal keeps dropping

My broadband signal has been dropping every day for the past few weeks. I've spoken to support over the phone 4 times all with different outcomes. The second call ensured there'd be an engineer out and the final call today saying that there was nothing wrong with the line so no engineer will be calling out. I'm left with a product that's not fit for purpose and no solution from numerous phone calls to sky. I work from home so this will not work for me and am at the point of switching back to my previous supplier and cancelling all of my products with sky due to such poor customer service

When you posted your stats it looks like your line had been up for 29hrs & the WiFi radios for 18hrs. Would be useful if you could post your stats again right after you notice the issue happening.

 

Does the connection drop on all devices or just certain ones?
