@Brillevasthi may i ask do you use a use a micro filter to your socket where your broadband connects to the master socket or is it a prefilterd face plate the socket is a litte larger at front than a standard socket ? and if so have you tried to use a different microfilter ? or is your socket prefiltred ? and may i ask is the grey end of the router cable going straight into the microfilter ?and is the micro filter first thing plugged into the master socket ? and is the phone and broadband both plugged into the microfilter ? but the micro filter must be the first thing plugged into the mastersocket tho (sorry for all the questions but like to get this sorted for you asap ) thanks lovverboi 🙂 have a gret day 🙂 😄
