Just ordered sky broadband but I want to upgrade it to faster broadband

I just ordered sky fibre broadband but just seen there is faster options so wondered if I could upgrade it before my contract starts I wanted to get the faster broadband I tried doing it online but when I do it says sky broadband is not avaliable in my area

@Ryanpearman unless your road has been upgraded to full fibre it is unlikely you will be able to order Sky's Ultrafast services. Openreach whose network Sky uses only currently offer full fibre to roughly 50% of addresses. There is a second way of getting Ultrafast over copper but you need a short line and second your local street cabinet needs to support G.Fast which is old technology and has issues and is not really worth the effort. 

You can call Sky and cancel your order up until a few days before the install and order another product assuming your line supports it.
