Internet dropping

internet regularly freezes on laptops. Alexa devices drop and go quiet.

@Martyn100 what happens to the LEDs on the hub when you get a freeze? The log looks normal for a lease renewal which should be a background activity. What might help is seeing your hub stats taken when the hub is connected see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
