The image showed there is problem in your area. It doesn't say what or a possible time to fix. You can't even ring up and speak to someone

Report your issue to Sky if for nothing else than being eligible for auto compensation. The below link explains auto compensation for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Sky pass any outage/faults to Openreach to investigate and fix. There target fix time is 2 working days from when they're notified.

Thing is I have put posts in local Facebook and next door neighbours app and nobody else is experiencing and outage
