Internet activation issue after home move

Hi, How can I get an update of my internet will be activated today (02 Oct2023) or not. SMS message says, it will be activated today but in portal last update from 28 Sep. There is a openreach service needed.. etc. Which info is correct and when I will have my internet. My order creation date for home move is : 18 Sep I'd be glad if someone help me on this..

If activated today it could be any time up to midnight. If it hasn't been activated by tomorrow give Sky a call and see if they have received an update from Openreach.

If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.
