Interest down again but sky Service checker says it’s working

So at 2105 (conveniently) just as sky help guys close for the day, my internet crashes and all the assistance I can get from sky service checker is that my internet is fine but it's not!!.

so once again during prime time viewing I can't watch tv (sky glass).

myself and my partner ate both unwell and watching tv is one of our necessities right now.

all I want is to receive the service I pay for so can someone from sky please get in touch

You're not alone. Our service disappeared at 9pm as well. And the service checker says no issues in our area.

Ours down too at 21.05  Pembrokeshire. Sky are crap. I'm leavibg this time.

Tried resetting the router and still nothing.

Ours down too. Just as im a celeb started. Service checker says no issues but clearly is.

I'm in Ceredigion and our service is down too, though the service checker says everything is okay. Very frustrating. I wish I'd never got Sky Glass.

We are in Ceredigion as well, service checker always says everything is fine when it's not. Can even phone them as no Wi-Fi calling 😒

In South Pembrokeshire and internet down even though system tells me it's working! 😡

I know we've had a lot of rain, but if they can't keep the internet working there's no hope for us down here as it always rains

In Ceredigion, internet down yet sky service checker claims all is connected and fine. Sky are no doubt going to expect full payment this month despite issues with service.

Same in Aberystwyth. Service checker is as much use as a cat flap in an elephant house
