I have an installation on the 21/3/24 and was expecting something in the post from yourselves and it never arrived

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ms3 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky dispstch hubs to arrive a day or so before activation so it could be in the post. You can check the My Orders secrion of the My Sky app or website for updates
