I only have broadband but bill are different every month

Why is my broadband bill different every month, I do not have anything added, no sky TV package, no netflix, no mobile phone.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, unless you opted to include a Sky Talk call bundle, any outbound 'landline'calls which aren't specifically to a 'freephone' number are likely to be charged at an unpleasantly high rate per minute.
